No Text Shadow Patch + Focus cast QOL for EllesmereUI

A small plugin that let's you turn off the shadows for each EUI text element. Also includes some other minor QOL tweaks to EUI.

Description
Companion addon for EllesmereUI where you can remove the shadows from the texts for the different EUI modules. This improves readability for small texts depending on the background.
Includes the following QOL changes as well (can be turned off):
- Hides focus cast bar from the mythic+ module if the focus and target is the same
- Focus cast 'Interrupt' text showing up if interrupt is off CD and focus target is casting a spell
- Adds a red glow around freshly pulled mob nameplates with separate tank logic (you can set for how long it glows)
- Scale slider for the mail and lfg icon from the Minimap module
Everything can be changed under the Options — Addon panel or slash commands:

/reload is needed after each change.
This is coded with the help of AI since I'm not a Lua expert and saved me a lot of time to not have to go through all the Ellesmere addon modules. If there's any bugs copy and paste the bugsack.
