No Target

Shows some (customizable) text on the screen when you are in combat but have no target. Optionally also plays a sound. This is based on a Weak Aura I've seen used by some high level raiders, but I didn't want to install WA for this single use, so yeah.

1.01 added OnUpdate logic so it stays on your screen correctly, and also fade out/max duration for phase shifts, etc, so it eventually falls off your screen during phase changes, etc
