Shows some (customizable) text on the screen when you are in combat but have no target. Optionally also plays a sound. This is based on a Weak Aura I've seen used by some high level raiders, but I didn't want to install WA for this single use, so yeah.

Usage:
Set options using
/nt
or
/notarget

MACRO
=======
Making a macro with
/nt toggle
will enable or disable the addon.
You can make a macro with this and push it if you only want to use it occasionally, or use the built in draggable (and lockable) button found in the config.
