Def's Healing Damage FCT Removal

Removes the +healing and -damage from the floating combat text that can't be toggled from the UI interface.

Removes the player's own healing and damage numbers from the default scrolling combat text.

Disabling or removing the addOn should fully enable the healing and damage numbers.
