NetherGoblin - Auction House Overhaul

Version 1.4.6 - Supplies shelves

Restart the game after updating (new files). A /reload is not enough.

NEW
- Supplies (Shopping tab: My lists | Supplies). Shelves of consumables picked for your class and level: food, Well Fed food, drink, healing and mana potions, elixirs, flasks, scrolls, bandages, weapon oils and stones, fishing lures, your class's reagents and pet food for hunters, the best for your level first (Show every level shows them all). Each line shows the level it needs, how many you carry and its market price from your scans. Click: search it on the Buy tab. Shift + click: add it to your shopping list. NetherSuite's Ready check opens a shelf for anything you are short of. For addon authors: NetherGoblin:OpenShelf(id).
- With NetherGear: its upgrade marks on the gear in the auction lists (better for your spec, "+12%").

CHANGED
- Every setting is now in NetherSuite's search, including "Shift+click an item to put its name in the search", "...and search for it at once", and the "Show it now", "Diagnostics" and "Reset all settings" buttons. Picking a result opens the right page and briefly lights up the option.

LICENCE
- Plugins and addons that work alongside NetherGoblin stay welcome, but changing NetherGoblin's own files in any way (by hand, by script or with an AI) is not allowed. See LICENSE.txt, section 2.
