Version 1.1.1 - Gathering ledger, eat and drink button, minimap button

Restart the game after updating (new files and new art). A /reload is not enough.

NEW
- Gathering ledger. NetherBags counts what you really gather: herbs, ore, stone and gems, skins, fish, chests and pick-pocketing, and cloth, leather, meat and elementals from creatures. Only what came from the loot window with your gathering spell, or the "You receive loot" line, once it is really in your bags. Buying, mail, trades, crafting, the bank and quest rewards never count.
    - A session starts with the first thing you gather, pauses after 5 idle minutes (not counted) and carries on with the next gather. Pause, end or reset it by hand; a reset can be undone for 10 seconds. The last 50 sessions are kept for each character.
    - The gathering window: one row per item (count, value, per hour) and the totals (items, value, gold per hour, time), movable and lockable, hidden in combat and in dungeons (settings). Values from NetherGoblin's auction prices when it is installed, else the vendor's; "AH" or "V" says where an item sells better.
    - Right-click an item to set a goal ("Gather 20 Liferoot"): a bar on the row and a message when you get there.
    - A warning when your bags are nearly full during a session, with a Sell junk button.
    - Herb and ore tooltips say how your Herbalism or Mining compares to the node, and until when it still gives skill-ups.
    - When a session ends: a summary card (items, value, best item, time, rate) with "Share to chat", which puts one line in your chat box for you to send.
    - Settings > Gathering; /nbags gather shows or hides the window, /nbags gather start | pause | end | reset | undo | last. NetherSuite shows "Gathering: 142 items, 38g/h" while a session runs.
    - For other addons: NetherBags:OnGather, :GatherSession and :GatherHistory (Docs/API.md).
- Eat and drink button. One small button (and a key: Key Bindings > AddOns > NetherBags > Eat and drink) that eats and drinks the right things from your bags in one press: the smallest food that fills the health you are missing, so the good food lasts (conjured food first), and the same for drink (classes without mana never drink). "Well Fed" food is kept for when you want the buff unless it is all you have. Right-click it to pick a food or drink to always use; Shift + drag moves it. Leaving a town or an inn with fewer than 5 meals or drinks gives a warning. Settings > Eat and drink; /nbags food turns it on or off.
- A minimap button. Click: open or close the bags. Shift + click: the gathering window. Right-click: settings. Drag it around the minimap; its tooltip shows the running session. Settings > General > "Minimap button" or /nbags minimap. Collectors such as NetherButtonGrabber pick it up.
- Sell in trade chat... With NetherChat installed, an item's right-click menu can open the trade chat line with "WTS [item] " ready; you type the price and press Enter.
- With NetherGear: the upgrade mark and "+N" use NetherGear's answer (better for your talent spec, shown as "+12%") instead of a higher item level.

CHANGED
- Every setting is now in NetherSuite's search, straight from NetherBags' own settings window, the Profiles page and the group editor included. Each setting is listed under its heading, and a search result scrolls the settings window to it.

LICENCE
- Plugins and addons that work alongside NetherBags stay welcome, but changing NetherBags' own files in any way (by hand, by script or with an AI) is not allowed. See LICENSE.txt, section 2.
