NetherBags 1.1.0 - Quest item bar
Restart the game fully when updating (new file and key bindings).

- New: the quest item bar. Your usable quest items on a small bar, one
  click away: items with a "Use:" effect, items a quest tells you to use
  and items that start a quest. One button per item, with the count of
  every stack added up.
- Turn it on with the new quest button in the bags window's title bar,
  in One bag and Insight (right-click the button for its options),
  Settings > Quest item bar, or /nbags questbar. Off to start.
- It starts in the middle of the screen; drag it anywhere with the left
  mouse button.
- Right-click the bar to turn the way new items line up: up, left, down,
  right. The bar grows away from its first item, so it never jumps.
- Drop any item on the bar to keep it there. Shift + right-click an item
  to hide it.
- Key bindings for the first four items (Key Bindings > AddOns >
  NetherBags).
- Combat-safe: the game freezes the buttons during combat, so the bar
  keeps what it had and catches up when combat ends. Counts and cooldowns
  still update. It never uses anything by itself.
- The hidden and kept items are part of the profile (export and import).
