Description
NeedRoll is a loot browser for WoW: Forever. If you’ve used AtlasLoot, you’ll feel right at home. It’s built for Forever’s addon API and has a cleaner layout.
Everything is split into tabs along the top (Dungeons, Raids, PvP, Factions, Collections, Professions and Shopping List), so you’re one click from what you want instead of digging through dropdowns. Search finds items, bosses, dungeons and raids, and takes you straight to them.
New v0.8.0 Features:
1. Wishlist Items - You can now wishlist items from a boss' droptable and view them in a wishlist tab. Additionally you can import a sixtyupgrades.com character into your wishlist tab to populate the data that way and get insights on where is most efficient in terms of getting pieces on the Wishlist Overview Tab
2. More Verbose Settings - You're now able to disable any tabs you don't wish to use. The only tab that requires another is the Shopping List. This requires the Professions tab as they are used in tandem.
- Dungeons and raids (Continually Updated) · Each instance opens on an overview with its level range, zone and a bit of lore. Pick a boss to see what it drops and the drop chances, sorted into quest items, weapons, armor and accessories. Open the instance map to see each boss on the floor it’s fought on, zoom and drag around it, or pin the entrance on your world map.

- Dungeon quests (Continually Updated) · Every quest for the dungeon, with your progress on each, including how far along a quest chain you are. Click a quest to see where it’s started, objectives and rewards, and pin the quest giver/drop location on your map.

- Raid attunements (Continually Updated) · Step-by-step attunements for Onyxia, Molten Core, Blackwing Lair and Naxxramas, split by Alliance and Horde where they differ. Any future attunement processes will be added along with the introduction of that content.
- Professions (Continually Updated) · Every recipe sorted by skill level, showing what it makes and what it needs. Each recipe also shows where to get it, whether that’s a drop from a mob or a vendor, which you can pin on your map.
- Shopping List · Add any recipe to see the full materials list, minus what’s already in your bags.
- Factions and PvP (Continually Updated) · Reputation and honor rewards, plus your current standing with each faction.
Open it with /nr, the NR button on your minimap, or the addon menu. Loot data pipelines have been setup to continually push changes and discoveries from the client that become accessible in the future, these run daily and changes are pushed to releases if detected, so keep an eye out for constant changes during the beta cycle and the months following launch.
Thanks to AtlasLootClassic and the CMaNGOS classic database for a starting point for data.
Special thanks to Santiago Reyes (Atlas de Azeroth: Forever and his other work can be found here) for letting NeedRoll use his maps of the new Forever dungeons.
This is still an early release, so if something’s missing or wrong, please let me know.
All data will keep evolving as information becomes available, including new dungeon loot, maps and raid loot. Blizzard is keeping items hidden from players until they’re discovered in game rather than datamined, and the data pipelines pick them up as they appear.
