Features

• populates a list of nearby enemy faction
• puts healers, KOS (kill-on-sight) targets, and pinned targets at the top
• receive a banner and audio alert if a KOS target spotted
• right click and share KOS targets to party and whisper
• share KOS list with guild mates
• left click to target enemies from the list

i've tested it in world pvp during beta quite a bit, but I have a feeling its not perfect. The addon restrictions make mid-combat addons trickier.
