* Moved the core of RareShare into it's own project to prevent any Twitch client errors.
- Removed automatic rare/death announcements due to a Blizzard API change.
+ Added a draggable pop-up menu whenever targeting a supported rare with the ability to annouce it.
* Command "/rare" should work and should be macro-able to announce rares too.
