Naxxramas Trinket Reminder

A simple addon that flashes a warning if you target an undead/demon without the naxxramas trinket equipped and if you target a not undead/demon with it equipped use /ntr for a list of commands
What's new
Added /ntr intance and /ntr open to change whever or not the display should show only inside instances or anywhere in the game
