Naxxramas Trinket Reminder

A simple addon that flashes a warning if you target an undead/demon without the naxxramas trinket equipped and if you target a not undead/demon with it equipped use /ntr for a list of commands
this is a simple addon that warns you if you are targeting a demon/undead without the naxxramas trinket equipped or visa versa
you can change between caster and melee versions of the trinket with /ntr caster or /ntr melee
you can now as of 1.2 also choose if the warning will pop up anywhere with /ntr open or only in instances with /ntr instance
the warning disappears once you are in combat if you don't swap the trinket
