Nameplate Interrupt
Nameplate Interrupt adds a clear, at-a-glance interrupt aid to Blizzard's native enemy nameplate castbars in World of Warcraft Retail.

What it adds
- A green outline around an enemy castbar when the cast can be interrupted and your known interrupt is currently unavailable because it is on cooldown.
- A narrow green timing line that shows where the interrupt cooldown is expected to become available relative to the active cast or channel.
- Support for normal casts, channels, and empowered casts shown by the native nameplate UI.
- Automatic detection of the interrupt spell for the player's class, including known pet interrupts where applicable.
Player experience
The addon leaves Blizzard's castbar and nameplate layout intact and adds only small visual overlays. When an enemy begins a spell that you can interrupt, you can immediately see whether your interrupt is available. If it is still recharging, the timing line gives a quick visual answer to whether the cooldown will return during the current cast, reducing the need to watch a separate action-bar cooldown while reacting to enemy mechanics. Casts that cannot be interrupted are not given an interrupt cue, so the nameplate remains visually quiet when no interrupt decision is possible.
The overlay follows the castbar's current size and direction, including channels, and disappears when the cast ends or the nameplate is removed. It does not replace native nameplates, alter cast times, choose targets, or cast an interrupt for you.
Compatibility
Nameplate Interrupt works the Blizzard's nameplates.
