My Layer Tracker

- Added left-drag positioning around the minimap; position is saved across reloads and restored by Reset Settings. The ID display lock does not lock the minimap icon.

- Redesigned both settings panels with dark sections, gold accents, addon artwork, and a live ID preview.
- Replaced RGB sliders with a color picker and Gold, White, Cyan, and Green presets. Cancelling the picker restores the previous color.

- Replaced the addon and minimap icons with the custom My Layer Tracker artwork.
- Removed Short View and `/layer short`; the display always shows the full identifier as `ID: 20056`.
- Discarded old saved Short View preferences and compacted both settings panels.
- Removed the explanatory warning from the display tooltip; the identifier explanation remains in settings and documentation.
