Fixed the Craft Simulation - there were a few recipes not working.
The purple orders now show how much concentration you need with rank 1 material to make them.
You can now lock the position of Own Concentration, Weekly Quests Done Display and Set Missing Recipe in the /mcboptions and make them click through.
