My Crafting Buttons

New module: Add Own Order Material to Quick Buy List
Gives you a freely movable button to add all the materials you must provide to the orders you have configured to make (both green, blue and/or yellow orders) to the Quick Buy List. For easy buying if you don't want to build up a stockpile and just buy them as you need them.

And added a button to the Auto Open Order module that by default is active in the options to start the Auto Open Order making with clicking it. If you unhook it in the /mcboptions (Use button to start Auto Order) it will start by its own when you switch to the npc order tab as previous.
