Basic fix for patch 9.0.1 support.

Will still throw recommendations for some abilities that have been removed until the logic is reworked, I'll address this once I've gotten the adjusted rotations to be reliable (currently it's throwing a blank ability at me randomly, after this is solved I'll throw a second beta up here) -- d00nicus
