Muddy Boots

Muddy Boots 0.1.1 is the first full release.

• The world map keeps its normal window layout wherever you drag it. Only full screen gets the side strip.
• The Muddy Boots tab sits under the map's own tabs, and matches ElvUI, GW2 UI and EllesmereUI when they restyle them.
• With GW2 UI in full screen, the replay bar, cards and end card stay on screen.
• Long chapter titles in the journey panel no longer overlap the row under them.
• Pins and level badges are round crests everywhere.
• A map without art no longer prints an error in chat. It is kept as a note in /mb errors.
• Smaller fixes: the minimap button is centred in the welcome tour, the corner buttons stay clear of the tool row, and the map no longer shrinks after full screen.
