MSBR Gear Optimizer v0.2.4

This update significantly improves Crit Immunity calculations, enchant recommendations, and equipment customization.

Crit Immunity Calculation

Crit Immunity is now calculated from all available sources:

• Defense Skill
• Resilience Rating
• Talent-based critical strike reduction

The optimizer no longer requires exactly 490 Defense if the missing critical strike protection is provided by Resilience or talents.

New Crit Immunity Constraint

The result panel now displays a dedicated Crit Immunity status:

Crit Immune: 6.46% / 5.60%
Sources: Defense 5.24% + Resilience 1.22%

Defense Skill remains visible as a reference value, but it is no longer incorrectly marked as a failed requirement when the character is already Crit Immune.

Druid Talent Support

Added automatic detection for the following talents:

• Survival of the Fittest
• Natural Perfection

Each talent rank correctly contributes its critical strike reduction to the total Crit Immunity calculation.

Resilience Rating Support

Resilience Rating is now fully integrated into the optimizer:

• Displayed on the character stat panel
• Available in Stat Weights
• Included in item, enchant, gem, and proc scoring
• Included in Crit Immunity calculations
• Can be selected automatically when it helps satisfy the Crit Immunity requirement

Resilience remains disabled in Classic, where the stat does not exist.

Manual Enchant Selection

Every recommended enchant can now be changed manually.

For each equipment slot, you can select:

• Automatic
• No Enchant
• Any compatible enchant

Manual enchant choices immediately update the optimized stat summary and remain saved between sessions.

Manual Gem Selection

Every socket can now be configured individually.

For each socket, you can select:

• Automatic
• Empty Socket
• Any compatible gem

The optimizer also checks:

• Meta gem requirements
• Gem color compatibility
• Unique-Equipped gem conflicts

Manual gem selections are saved separately for each character and expansion.

Reset Enhancements

A new Reset Enhancements option restores the selected slot to automatic enchant and gem recommendations.

Improved Cloak Enchant Recommendations

Cloak enchant recommendations are now role-aware.

• Reduced-threat enchants can be recommended for healer and caster profiles.
• Subtlety is no longer recommended for tank builds.
• Protection Paladin, Protection Warrior, and Feral Tank profiles prioritize appropriate defensive cloak enchants.
• Cloak enchants can still be overridden manually.

Optimizer Improvements

• TBC Feral Tank presets now enable the Crit Immunity requirement automatically.
• Defense, Resilience, and talent-based crit reduction are evaluated together.
• Enhancement recommendations respect the active class, role, expansion, and manual overrides.
• Optimized stats update immediately after changing an enchant or gem.
• Manual selections remain active after running the optimizer again.
