Bug fix: Overlay should now more accurately match the actual frame position.

Bug fix: Force option was not being applied immediately, it required a reloadui.  It should now work as soon as the option is checked.

Bug fix: Level up was still causing some frames to move, this should be fixed now.

Bug fix: Frame hooks can now be removed without reloading the UI.  A hook will still be present but will do nothing.  A UI reload will remove any redundant hooks.
