First official release version 1.06!

Bug fix: Errors caused after removing a frame.  The hooks now check if the frame is still in the list before attempting to apply settings.  Reloading UI will remove any redundant hooks.

Bug fix: Frames added that seemed to have no anchor now default to Parent frame as anchor (if it exists) instead of UIParent.

Bug fix: Introduced a better method of checking if a frame is hookable.

I probably won't update for a while unless there are more bugs, but I do have plans for a verision 2 down the line with possible LibSharedMedia reskinning capabilites for backgrounds and borders.
