Bug fix: Missing library reference could cause MoveIt to fail to load when no other ACE3 addons were installed.

Bug fix: Frames in the UI referenced by multiple names should now only add under their officially reported name.  This solves an error around the naming inconsistancy.

Bug fix: Frames not capable of being force updated will no longer cause an error when that option is checked.  The option will simply be ignored in this case.
