Initial release candidate.

 

This release reworked how MoveIt 'remembers' the original frame settings before modification.  Instead of saving them when the UI initially loads it now does so when the frame is first modified.  This end result is frames should better revert to their defaults when unmodified.  In some edge cases a UI reload may still be necessary and this is unavoidable.

 

There were also some efficiency tweaks and cleanup in the code.
