Bug fix: Fixed issue with not being able to modify frame with names containing a period symbol.

Bug fix: Some issues with obtaining correct default anchor settings have been resolved.

Known Issue: Frames may not revert to default settings when disabling modifications.  A UI reload should resolve it for now.
