# Changelog
## 0.5.0
- The right-click menu's "Fade while moving" now shows whether a panel really fades: it says Off when the master switch on the settings page is off, instead of showing the panel's own flag as On.
- Clicking a meeting stone no longer fails with a blocked-action error: the group finder now stays in the game's panel layout (it can still be moved and scaled), because its search is blocked if the code that opens it has read anything the addon changed.
- The combined bag can be moved and is listed on the Affected Panels page as Combined bags. Separate bags are not supported.
- Panels with a clickable portrait, such as the bags, keep it: our drag area and right-click menu now start after the portrait, so the bag's own menu still opens from it.
- More windows are movable from the start: vendor, mail, bank, trade, loot, NPC dialog, book, trainer, auction house, pet stable, dressing room, inspect, chat settings, help, the AddOns list and the PvP windows. Friends (the older window) is no longer ticked by default; the new Friends window still is. Untick any of them on the Affected Panels page.
- Map & Quest Log: after a reset, the View button on the map's title bar shows the right next view (Map only, then Log only) straight away, instead of Log only until you had cycled once.
- Icons in the AddOns list: a gear for Movable Panels and the quest log book for Map & Quest Log.
## 0.4.0
- Escape closes panels again when they float freely. One press closes the open panels, as it does in the game's own layout.
- The Talents panel can stay open beside Character, as the spellbook already could. It no longer asks the game for the area that closes every other panel, and no longer turns into the spellbook when another panel opens.
- Map & Quest Log: the quest list's gear menu has a new Ready to Turn In filter under Show Only, next to Recent.
- Dynamic Names is now its own addon, Dynamic Names & Nameplates (folder DynamicNamesNameplates), and no longer part of Movable Panels.
## 0.3.1
- Fading panels while you move no longer stops with an error in combat or instances.
## 0.3.0
New optional addon, Movable Panels [Map & Quest Log], for the window the map and the quest log share. It
installs as its own folder (MovablePanels_MapQuestLog), appears grouped under Movable Panels in the
AddOns list, and has its own settings page.
- A View button on the map's title bar switches between the map and quest log, the map only, and the
quest log only. The choice is remembered, or one view can be fixed for every opening.
- The map keeps its zoom and position when you close and reopen it, while you stay in the same zone.
- Your newest accepted quests (1 to 12, 6 to start with) get a green bar in the quest list. Remove one by
hand from a quest's right-click menu, or clear the list from the settings page.
- The quest list's gear menu has a Show Only section: recent quests (newest first), quest colour (grey,
green, yellow, orange, red), and Elite or Dungeon quests.
- Quest list shortcuts: Shift-click a zone to collapse or expand all zones, Alt-click a zone for recent
quests only, Ctrl-click a zone for dungeon quests only, Ctrl-click a quest for its quest dialog window.
A zone's right-click menu also has Collapse all and Expand all.
- Show Quest Dialog in a quest's right-click menu opens the game's separate quest details window.
Movable Panels itself:
- The quest dialog and quest details windows are movable by default.
- A window such as Options no longer jumps when the map's quest list opens or closes.
- The settings page shows the right values straight after a reset.
- Settings... in the map's right-click menu opens the Map & Quest Log page when the module is installed.
## 0.2.0
- Renamed to Movable Panels. The command is now /mov, and saved settings use a new name, so settings from 0.1.x do not carry over.
- Only the common panels are movable to start with: Character, Professions, Friends, Guild & communities, Map & Quest Log, Spells and talents, Collections, Group Finder and the Options window. Tick any other panel on the Affected Panels page.
- The Affected Panels page lists the common panels first, then the others, without the ones this client does not have.
- Dragging no longer fights the game over saved positions.
- Another addon that keeps moving the same panel no longer causes an endless back-and-forth.
## 0.1.1
First beta.
- Drag a panel's title bar to move it, scroll the mouse wheel on it to scale it.
- Panels stay open together once you move one, and Reset all panels returns to Blizzard's layout.
- Right-click menu: reset, lock, fade while moving, settings.
- Settings: lock all, snap, require Shift to drag and scale, right-click menu options, fade
amount and time, Reset settings and Full reset.
- Affected Panels page: choose which panels are handled.
- The AddOns list stays in the game's layout, so its Reload UI button works.
