v1.3.4 (2026-09-25)
- Refresh the mount cache when a mount is learned mid-session
The cache snapshots each mount's collected state and was only rebuilt on
login and loading screens, so a newly learned mount stayed "not owned"
until a relog: never picked from a list, hidden by Browse's Collected
filter, and reported as unowned by the inspector.
Rebuild it on NEW_MOUNT_ADDED and on COMPANION_LEARNED/UNLEARNED (what
Blizzard's own Mount Journal refreshes on), coalesced into one rebuild
per frame, then re-pick the next mount and refresh the Browse grid.
COMPANION_UPDATE is left out on purpose: it also fires on every
summon/dismiss. Bump to v1.3.4.
