1.13: Patch 6.1 fixes

1.12: Another fix for the lost mount issue.

1.11: Bug fixes. Added Nagrand garrison mount support. Quick fix for druid flight form changes.

1.9: 6.0 Support. All mounts categorized. Aqua Strider is always used when on top of water.

1.5: Added MoP mounts. Added better detection on guessing categories for new mounts if not known.

1.4: Really fixed the cross realm mount issue. Ground and Flying mounts are now separate lists. Example, you can have your Heart of Aspects under flying but turn it off for ground. New flying / ground detection, much more accurate.

1.3: Discovered that with cross zone sharing, some areas sort the mount list by order learned while others sort it alphabetically. Fixed a bug calling the wrong mount when this occurs.

1.2: 5.0.4 fixes Updated mounts

1.1: Added new pvp mounts. TOC and ace lib updates. Added option to show list only when a key modifier is pressed. Minor bug fixes.
