    Change Summary
    - Complete refactor of summon/dismiss code and event handling to make
    transitions (e.g. mounted to stealth) perform correctly
    - Hunter pets now stored by name since GUID changes per summon
    - Pets summoned manually from action bars or journal now stick

    NOTE:
    There are still some bugs with hunter mode interaction with
    mount/dismount pet summoning
