MoneyMaker | Built and tested for Hardcore!
MM is an all-in-one gold, Auction House, and farming tracker for WoW Classic Era.
See exactly how you earn and spend your gold, discover which auctions are truly profitable, measure the value of your farming sessions, and find valuable items and mobs from one complete dashboard.
MoneyMaker tracks every copper that enters or leaves your character. It organizes transactions by source, follows items throughout their entire journey, and turns your history into useful answers:
- How much gold did I make today?
- What am I spending gold on?
- Which items actually sell?
- How much Auction House deposits has a specific item burnt?
- What is my inventory worth?
- What should I farm next?
After first install, open all your characters and open Bag, Bank and AH to sync your data.

Detail information
Auction House Price Estimates
The MM AH est price is calculated from completed transactions.
Data can include:
- Your Auction House sales
- Your Auction House buyouts
- Your won bids
- Or data shared from other MoneyMaker users
Drop Rates and Expected Value
Expected gold per kill combines:
- The mob's average coin drop
- Each possible item's drop chance
- The estimated value of each ite
Expected gold per kill = average coin + Σ (drop chance × average stack × item value), where item value is MoneyMaker's real-trade AH estimate, or the vendor price if the item is bind-on-pickup, gray, or unpriced. Shared loot tables count as roll chance × the item's chance inside the table, and drops your character can't get (wrong faction, missing profession) count as zero. Expected per hour = Σ (times you looted each source × its expected value) ÷ hours tracked.
Item value follows this priority:
- MoneyMaker's real transaction estimate
- TSM or Auctionator value
- Vendor price for bind-on-pickup, gray, or otherwise unpriced items
Shared loot tables use their actual nested probabilities.
For example, if a mob first rolls for access to a shared world loot table, the final drop chance is calculated from both the table roll chance and the item's chance inside that table.
Expected gold per hour uses the farming sources recorded during your session and the rate at which you encountered them.
Skinning and fishing are valued from the items you actually collected because the bundled mob database does not model their yields.
Crafted items discovered in profession windows can also appear in the item list. Their reagents are shown in place of mob sources.
Data Sync
MoneyMaker users on the same realm can optionally exchange sale prices and sell-through data.
This allows MoneyMaker to build a more accurate market estimates using completed transactions from multiple players.
Sync activity may begin when you:
- Open the Auction House
- Join a group
- Whisper another MoneyMaker user
Clients first exchange a summary of the data they hold. They then request only information that is newer or missing. This is background function and wont affect players. There is no continuous polling or background scanning.
Safe Location Sync
Enable Sync only in safe spots to only synd data from:
- Flight paths
- Capital cities
- Inns and other rested areas
Use /mm sync off at any time to disable synchronization completely.
MoneyMaker remains fully functional using your own transaction history and optional TSM or Auctionator data.
