Description
MobCompendium
This AddOn provides a living mob compendium that keeps track of mobs your character has slain. Over time you and your character learn which items a mob drops and what spells they can use!
Features
- Registers mobs you have slain for the first time in their zones
- Displays information about the mob and their 3D model
- Collects information about loot they drop and which spells they use
Commands
- /mobc - opens the MobCompendium
- /mobcreset - CAUTION: resets the whole database, you will lose all of your progress
Usage
List:
- Left click in the left column list to select your known mobs
- Left click on a zone to fold/unfold it
- Alt + Left-Click to fold/unfold all zones
- Search Mobs by typing in the input field above it
3D View:
- Left mouse button to rotate model
- Right mouse button to pan model
- Middle mouse button to pause animation
In the Options -> AddonTab you can toggle Discover / Kill messages in chat
Additional Info
I created this Addon just because I wanted to have a bestiary that tracks what my character would know in the world in a roleplay sense, it is not intended to be used as a collectors guide. But you can still try to fill it of course with as many entries as you can and compare with others!
In the process of creating this addon I used Gemini AI.
