- Options panel: fully integrated into Blizzards options menu
Export formats:
- EQdkp/MLdkp 1.1 (CTRT compatible): if you have a dkp-system, which can import data from the CT RaidTracker, then just choose this format and it should work

Slash Commands:
- '/mrt' brings up the raid log browser
- '/mrt o' and '/mrt options' are shortcuts for the options panel
- '/mrt snapshot' creates a raid entry with the current raid composition
- '/mrt dkpcheck' will create a new boss event entry ('Attendance check') and starts a guild attendance check
- '/mrt deleteall now' will delete the complete raidlog (use with caution)
Settings:
Main options:
- 'Enable MRT': Enable or disable automatic raid tracking
- 'Enable debug messages': Enable or disable debug messages (for developers only)
- 'Slash command': Changes the slash command of MRT. Please relog after changing.
- 'Show minimap icon': Enable or disable the minimap icon
- 'Automatically delete raids older than X days': Use with caution. If enabled, MRT will delete raids older than the configurable threshold automatically.
Raid tracking options:
- 'Create new raid on new zone': If enabled, MRT will automatically create a new raid entry after changing raid zones. If you only want to export one raid per raid day, you might want to disable this option.
- 'Track 10 player raids': Enable or disable tracking of 10 player raids
- 'Track Archavons Vault': Enable or disable tracking of Archavons Vault (25 and 10 player version)
- 'Track WotLK raids': Enable or disable tracking of raids of the WotLK expansion.
- 'Use server time': If enabled, MRT will use the server time instead of local time.
Item tracking options:
- 'Min item quality to log': Set the threshold for item tracking (Note: you can always manually add items of every quality)
- 'Ask cost for item': Enable or disable the popup dialog for asking cost of each raid loot
- 'Min item quality to ask cost for': Set the threshold for the 'ask cost' dialog
- 'Use EPGP GP values': When enabled, MRT will try to calculate the GP value of an item and provide the value to the loot popup. This feature is experimental.
- 'Only track items equal or above Itemlevel X': Only track items above a certain itemlevel. Set the value to zero in order to deactivate this option.
- 'AutoFocus on loot cost dialog': Set if and when the loot cost dialog popup should automatically take focus to its editbox. Three options available: 'Always' / 'When not in combat' / 'Never'
- 'Ignore enchanting materials': When enabled, MRT will ignore shards, dust, etc.
- 'Ignore gems': When enabled, MRT will ignore gems.
Attendance options:
- 'Track only first 2/5 groups': If enabled, MRT will only track the first 2/5 groups in a 10/25 player raid.
- 'Track offline players': If enabled, MRT will track offline players.
- 'Enable guild attendance check': If enabled, MRT will ask after each boss kill if you want to take guild attendance. If accepted, MRT will send a guild message, calling your guild member to whisper you with their character name. The whispered names will be added to the boss kill attendees list.
- 'Ask for confirmation': If enabled, MRT will ask you before sending the guild message.
- 'Use trigger instead of character name': If enabled, MRT will react on a configurable text message instead of guild member names. The guild attendance announcement text will change accordingly.
- 'Duration of taking attendance': Set the duration of the guild attendance check. While taking guild attendance, MRT will post a reminder each minute.
- 'Use custom guild attendance text': When enabled, you can provide a custom text that MRT will post when doing an attendance check. Variables are available for boss name, remaining time and trigger command.
Export options:
- 'Export format': Let you choose the format of your data export
- 'Export zone names and boss names in english': If enabled, MRT will try to export zone and boss names in english instead of the localized versions of your WoW-Client.
- 'Ignore per boss attendance': If enabled, MRT will ignore the per boss based data when exporting. Each attendee will be exported as if he/she attended all boss events. If you only create one raid entry for each raid in your EQDKP(-Plus) and make corrections to raid members manually, you might want to activate this option.
- 'Enable attendance fix for the EQdkp-Plus Raid-Log-Import 0.5.6.3': This option changes the export of timestamps a bit to pass the 50% attendance threshold of the Raid-Log-Importer. Only use this option, if your DKP system is based on per boss attendance.
- 'Enable boss encounter detection fix for the EQdkp(-Plus) CT_RaidTrackerImport 1.16.x': This option changes the loot export a bit to fix the boss encounter detection of the CT_RaidTrackerImport. Use this, if you have boss events in your raid without loot associated to it. (e.g. attendance checks).
- 'Set format of date and time': You can change the date-format of the text based data exports here. Essentially, whatever you enter here, will be in front of the first line of the export. Check the ingame tooltip for more information.
- 'Currency': Sets the currency text for the text based exports
Hints:
- Currently, there is no GUI to edit the default item ignore list. You can change the list by adding/deleting item IDs to/from the 'IgnoredItemIDList' in the 'MizusRaidTracker_Constants.lua'
- EQDKP CTRT-Import-Plugin: If you run a raid composition which change at each boss kill and want to have automatic boss splitting, you will need to assign boss names (as listed in the MRT raid log) as raid note triggers and the instance name as event trigger. You can find an example at my Website in the file section.
Please Update for Castle Nathria
Hey, im trying to add items manually to a raid, but nothing happens when i klick the "Add" button under "Raid loot". No dialogue box, no error messages, nothing.
What is supposed to happen and how do i add items manually?
How do I move the GUI? I can't find a way to drag or resize it.
Question,
is it possible to set a black- or whitelist for Raidzones?
Raid X should be tracked (actual content) and Raid Y not?
Will there be an update for prepatch/shadowlands? :) Thank you.
In reply to TerraQT:
I started work on this one.
Any way we could possibly have excel/sheets as an export option? :))
In reply to cassica1:
Ok, this request has come up every now and then, I probably should try to put some time into it.
What would you like to see in an excel/CSV style export? Just the item list, or also the attendees?
In reply to Shadnix:
Oh Thank you!
Yes, a TSV (Excel) style export would be wonderfully helpful since my guild utilizes a Loot List system that's very dependent on spreadsheets. Seeing both attendees and item list outputted into a spreadsheet format would be great. Maybe organize the data to output in 2 parts. 1st part could be attendance per boss, and then a separate section for loot history in a format somewhat similar to below?
Column A: Name Column B: Date Column C: Item Received Column D: Class Column E: Boss the loot dropped from
Whichever format you find is easier is fine. We'll just be happy to have an excel(google sheet) type format that we can easily plug into our guild sheets.
Again, thanks so much, we really appreciate it!
Is there a possibility that the tracker automatically saves the current raid data. Unfortunately it has happened several times that after a disconect or an crash of the Client the last raid data was not saved completely. It is necessary to force a save after each Loot process via /reload.
Would it be feasible that the client automatically saves its data every x minutes into the file ?
That would be great. Also it would be nice if not only epic items but also rare items could be saved.
In reply to Forge_User_13276079:
Regarding autosaving, unfortunately, there is absolutely nothing that I can do about it, afaik. No mod can toggle save of data to disk. This is completely handled by the game itself and the game only does it only on a clean logout, exit or when reloading the UI. If anyone has newer information and could point me in the right direction, I'll gladly implement this. But as far as I'm aware, this is just not possible.
Regarding tracking rare items, yes it can do that. You should be able to adjust the tracking rarity in the in-game addon option dialog. It is set to "epic" as default, afair, but you can change it to "rare". Or even "common" if you want.
I would like to also be able to track loot in dungeons, why is this addon made to be limited only to raids?
In reply to GamersWellYT:
Primarily a issue of not enough spare time and not enough interest in this kind of function. I think this is just the second time in 10 years that I've read this suggestion/request. At least back in the day, the API in WoW for group activities were completely different to raid activities, so it would've required a lot more code. Plus maintaining a larger internal database.
Could it be done? Yes. But so far I wasn't able to justify and commit the time that feature would've needed. And currently, it is pretty much still the same. Sorry, this is probably not the reply you were looking for.
I'm missing something in the description maybe you can add it.
In reply to ikealol:
No, you don't have to be loot master in order to log anything.
And no, it unfortunately does not log if you are far away. Your client only gets information about loot if your are in a certain distance to the receiver of the loot. If the chat message doesn't show up, then your client doesn't have the required information. There is one exception though: If you are the loot master, then distance shouldn't be an issue, because MRT gets that information from the loot master distribution menu instead.
Last raid we had raid attendance logged, but it did not log Boss attendees at all. This was during a full BWL+MC clear, it logged the items properly for the bosses, but not the attendees. This is a huge issue, since we rely on the addons tracking of attendance on each boss for our loot system. Dont think there was an update, and nothing changes compared to last week. Where it worked properly.
In reply to Forge_User_57336884:
Sorry for the late reply. For some reason, I don't get any reliable notifications from Curse anymore, so I haven't seen this message until now.
Can you clarify what exactly is broken? Is the member list for bosses not filled in the raid log? Is the whisper system not working? Is it just data missing in the export?
Can this be exported to locations outside of the local machine? Our guild has a raid spreadsheet on google docs. It monitors who's gotten loot and determines who's eligible for loot (based on previous loot received). I'd love to have the data sent to an online location. Is it possible to automate it?
In reply to G0rk0m:
I don't see a way to automate it directly from the game. But the addon does provide text exports in various formats (various text only, bbcode, XML formats) you can use.
Or, if you want to automate it fully, you could use the "MizusRaidTracker.lua" in your WoW saved variables as a base, which is a json file. The table setup is documented at https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/mizusraidtracker/pages/api/variables-and-tables
Just wanted to give you a big shout out. This addon has solved a huge headache for our guild when it comes to loot tracking.
Now its as simple as export, paste into a google form, and a script I wrote adds all new items to our guild sheet for processing.
I've dabbled in Lua a bit, but was over my head for this. Now if only I could find an addon that allows users to syncs their item info to the guild for easy raider profile exporting instead of having to manually export it themselves using classic armory :P
