0.28.1 and 0.28.2 are intermediate builds of the same fix (the finish-event truncation first, then /mip linger and /mip log).

Fixed

• The alert disappeared the moment a boss ability finished, instead of staying up for the configured linger time.
  • Whenever EXBOSS reported "ability finished", the hide time was capped at "now + linger". EXBOSS also fires that event before the cast (it drops the old timeline entry while recalculating), so a freshly shown alert was treated as already expired.
  • If the end time was missing, it was treated as 0 and the text was hidden instantly.
  • The timer can now only be extended, never cut short.

Added

• Alert linger stepper (Alert linger with - / +), 0–15 seconds, next to the default lead settings. It works like the voice and text lead steppers: nothing is printed to chat, and hovering shows a tooltip.
• /mip linger <seconds> sets the linger value directly.
• /mip log prints the last 20 alert events (push / finished / expire / clear) — handy for checking behavior in-game.

Changed

• Default linger is now 5 seconds (was 4). Saves that still hold the old default are upgraded automatically; values you changed yourself are left untouched.
• Shortened the English hint text under the default lead settings so it no longer overlaps the new stepper.
