MitPlan Plan your defensive cooldowns per boss cast. MitPlan says them out loud before each cast.

MitPlan is a Mythic+ cooldown planner with TTS callouts. You tell it "on the 2nd cast of this ability, I press X, my healer presses Y"; when that cast shows up in the encounter timeline, the plan appears on screen and is spoken 6 seconds before it lands.

Requires EXBOSS (and its EXCore) — MitPlan reads EXBOSS's encounter timeline and does nothing on its own. Install EXBOSS first: https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/exboss — then run /mip deps any time to check.

Why Mythic+ defensive assignments live in a Discord pin or someone's memory. The 3rd cast of an ability is not the same as the 1st — the second one is the one your healer's major is already on cooldown for. Broadcast addons announce what is coming; none of them tell you which of your cooldowns is the right one for this specific cast.

MitPlan is built around exactly that: a table of (ability × cast number) → response, plus a voice line so you don't have to look at the screen during the pull.

Features Per-cast planning — up to 8 casts of each boss ability, each with its own answer. Up to 5 cooldowns per cast — raid cooldowns, personals, externals, racials, trinkets, potions, mixed freely. Class-filtered picker — only shows spells your 5-man group's classes can actually press (75 spell → class entries). 3 alert modes — All / Healers only / Self class only (the last one hides potions, trinkets and racials you can't use). Voice callouts — three speeds (Slow / Medium / Fast), master switch, per-row on/off, optional ability name. Timing you control — voice lead (default 6s) and on-screen lead (default 12s), per row, with a configurable default. Multiple alerts at once — up to 4 stacked rows sorted by cast time, with the countdown drawn inside the ability icon. Per-boss text tactics — free text (300 chars) shown on pull, hidden on kill/wipe, auto-sized, movable and lockable. Dungeon Journal tooltips — hover an ability in the panel to read the in-game Journal description. Three profiles — completely independent plans and settings per profile. Import / export — one compressed string to share a whole profile with your team. Reskinnable alerts — drag, opacity, icon size, three font sizes, UI scale 80–130%, alert scale 50–200%. English & Chinese UI — one click at the top of the panel, including dungeon, boss and ability names. Multi-phase bosses are supported: each phase gets its own page and its own cast counter, so "3rd cast of Lightfire in P1" never collides with P2. Currently enabled for Lightwarden Ruia (P1 / P2 / P3, switches automatically).

Getting started Install EXBOSS (it brings ExBossData and ExCore with it). Install MitPlan, then /reload. /mip → left panel: pick dungeon → boss → ability. On the right, row 1 = 1st cast of that ability, row 2 = 2nd cast, and so on: click a slot to pick a cooldown (or type your own label), add an optional note ("save this one for the tank buster"), set voice lead / screen lead, toggle voice and on-screen text per row. The first time you fight the boss, MitPlan reads EXBOSS's timeline and speaks your plan before each cast. Nothing is enabled until you write it — an empty plan stays silent.

It does not detect whether you actually used the cooldown — it reminds, it does not audit. It does not compute its own timers; without EXBOSS there are no timings. It does not send anything anywhere. No telemetry, no network calls. FAQ Nothing pops up.

Is EXBOSS installed and set to its "AI" timeline mode? 2) Run /mip last — did a timeline event arrive? 3) Some abilities have no timing rule in EXBOSS at all, so they will never fire. No voice. Enable TTS first: Game Menu → Options → Accessibility → Audio Accessibility → Configure Text to Speech. Then check the master switch (All TTS) and the row's own voice toggle.

Does it conflict with DBM / BigWigs? No. It only listens to EXBOSS events and draws its own frame and voice.

Can I share my plan? /mip share → Export current profile → Ctrl+C → your teammate pastes it and imports. Profiles are fully independent, so importing never touches their other two profiles.

Does it work on a Chinese client? Yes — UI, dungeon/boss/ability names and the spoken text all switch with one button.
