Minimap Button Creator Forever

0.2.33

• Improved compatibility with minimap-button managers such as Minimap Button Groups Forever.
• Fixed MBCF's own minimap launcher sometimes jumping back to the minimap after reload when it had been placed inside a managed group.
• Fixed the same reload-position issue for minimap buttons created with MBCF.
• MBCF now respects external addons that take ownership of a launcher’s parent and position.
• Prevented delayed login refreshes from reclaiming externally managed minimap buttons.
• Native fallback launchers now follow the same compatibility behavior.
• Normal ungrouped minimap positioning, saved positions, clicks, enable/disable controls, and secure actions remain unchanged.
• General minimap initialization and reload stability improvements.
