Added support for 1080p, and probably 4k? Scaling was a bit messy.

To support 1080p and not having it take up the full screen, the command
/minecraft size
toggles the addon to show 3 or 4 total bars, the hearts etc. should stick with the actionbars

it also scales automatically on resolution change
