MiliUI Damage Meters

- MiliUI-style class icons (13 classes). When the MiliUI style is selected under Bars > Icon style and a player's specialization is not known yet, the row now shows the MiliUI class icon instead of the default Blizzard class icon.

Changes
- The built-in bar texture is now MiliUI Satin, a cleaner gradient shared across the MiliUI addons. It is the new default under Bars > Bar texture; if you picked another texture from your shared media library, your choice is kept.
- Redrew the Feral Druid and Protection Paladin specialization icons in the MiliUI style.
