MiliUI Damage Meters

Changes
- Group members whose spec is not reported by the game now get their spec filled in automatically: after combat, the addon inspects them one at a time and switches their row from the class icon to the MiliUI style spec icon once their spec is known. Until then the class icon stays, so nothing is guessed.
- The Debug report now includes an icon section listing each row's class, spec icon, and which image it maps to, along with the full spec lookup table.

Fixes
- The 1px borders in the options window (panel edges, tab cards, section header underlines) were drawn 2px thick at 1440p and higher resolutions; they are now exactly one pixel.
