MiliUI Cooldown Manager

Takes over Blizzard's built-in Cooldown Manager and reworks its layout, appearance and text. You adjust every setting directly on a live preview, and changes apply right away.
What's new
New
- Shaman: Nature's Guardian can now be tracked as a cooldown. Add it from the spell picker under Presets > Defensives (listed as "Nature's Guardian (internal cooldown)"). The timer starts whenever it triggers, accounts for the shorter cooldown from Natural Harmony, and keeps counting after a /reload.
- Countdown text now has Anchor and X/Y Offset settings at the bar and theme level (Text section), so you can nudge the numbers if a thick outline makes them look off-center.
