MiliUI Cooldown Manager

Takes over Blizzard's built-in Cooldown Manager and reworks its layout, appearance and text. You adjust every setting directly on a live preview, and changes apply right away.
What's new
New
- Custom aura slots can now use Stack glow: the slot glows once the aura reaches at least the chosen number of stacks. Open the slot's settings > Glow > Stack glow (off by default). Only the "at least" condition is available for aura slots, it is not drawn in ring mode, and while it is on the glow-during-buff option is not used.
Changes
- Square aura slots now sweep in the same direction as Blizzard's buff icons: the icon is fully lit when the aura is first gained and the shaded area grows as time runs out. Ring mode is unchanged (the lit part still shows the remaining time).
