MidnightObjective V2 - Vanguard Edition

Have added a bunch of new stuff, and this is the final edition of vanguard, with everything you
should need from an ObjectiveTracker, its fully customizable, and clean as a whistle..

### Active Quest Focus
Choose between **Off, Highlight, Single Focus and Smart Group**. Vanguard follows fresh quest or World Quest progress, can keep several quests together when the same action advances them, supports manual Ctrl+Left focus and lets you return to the full tracker with SHOW ALL.

### Rare Intelligence
A lightweight native rare system with current-zone filtering, portraits/icons, coordinates, distance, seen-ago history, optional alerts, dismiss/ignore and Blizzard waypoint navigation. Existing navigation is protected unless you explicitly allow replacement or manually select a rare.

**SilverDragon / Rarescanner integration is optional and read-only.**

MidnightObjective works without SilverDragon/Rarescanner and does not modify it. RareScanner portrait enrichment is also optional.

### Achievements, Reputation and Endeavors
Tracked Achievements, expansion-aware Reputation/Renown and active Endeavors can live directly inside the same tracker. Providers support placement, priority, visibility and collapsible presentation.

### Group Destination
When you join through Group Finder, Vanguard can remember the accepted destination/listing until the relevant instance tracker takes over.
