What changed

• ✅ Kept the existing quest-log special-item detection as the primary path.
• ✅ Added a real physical bag scan as fallback.
• ✅ Scans backpack, normal bags, and reagent bag.
• ✅ Detects items classified as Quest items by Blizzard.
• ✅ Only shows actionable quest items:
  • usable items, or
  • items with an actual use spell.
• ✅ Supports quest items even when Blizzard does not provide a quest ID.
• ✅ Fixed the tooltip path for those no-quest-ID items.
• ✅ Verified QuestItem.lua is loaded by the TOC.
