What's new

Midnight Helper 2.10.0

This release is about your professions — and about the route arrow keeping its promise.

"Where do my Knowledge Points go?"

Every profession now answers this. The advice names the tree to fill, and once the recommended trees are done it names the exact node to spend on next. Below it, every open choice is listed with what it actually does — read live from the game, so it works for all eleven professions and in your own language.

It shows on This Week and in a panel beside the Blizzard profession window, right where you decide. The recommended build order was checked against the current guides for every profession, and a couple pointing the wrong way (Engineering had no recipe tree at all) were put right.

The course meets you where you are

Each chapter of the Professions course now opens with a plain-language intro before the build text, and finally tells you where to actually click to spend points: the Specializations tab. Searching "academy" now finds it too.

Look back, not just ahead

Milestones mark your genuine firsts, a Codex tip of the day appears on This Week, and season counters begin tracking quietly for a future look-back.

The arrow keeps your route

Fly to a ritual, get pulled aside by a rare, deal with it — and the arrow now brings you back to the ritual, exactly as the popup always promised. Whether you kill the rare, someone else does, or it is already gone when you arrive. And it stays put on a rare that is still alive.

Also fixed

The crest panel counted a hundred Veteran crests you did not have. The weekly essence line stopped posing as progress it cannot see. A weekly cap that does not exist was removed, and three profession buttons that did nothing were taken out.
