Description
MetricQuest — Because the rest of the world doesn't know what a yard is.
Are you a metric-system citizen forced to navigate Azeroth with measurements that only make sense to Americans and 12th-century English farmers? Tired of your quest tracker screaming "150 yards away!" while your brain desperately tries to do mental gymnastics at 2am?
MetricQuest fixes that.
What it does:
- Converts all yard-based distances in the Objective Tracker and the SuperTracked navigation arrow to proper metric units — meters and kilometers
- Handles every format WoW throws at you: 150 yards, 1 yard, 565 yds, 1.2K yds — all converted instantly
- Distances under 1000m are shown as X m, distances above as X.XX km
- Zero configuration. Zero UI. Zero yards. Just install and enjoy the sweet relief of a unit you actually understand
How it affects your experience:
Instead of staring at "217 yards away" and having an existential crisis, you'll see a clean "198 m" and know exactly how far you need to walk. Your immersion stays intact, your brain stays happy, and your European (or just sensibly-educated) soul can finally rest.
No more googling "how long is a yard." No more pretending you know. Just meters. Always meters.
Tested in Azeroth. Approved by the International Bureau of Weights and Measures (probably).
