Version update

• Now supports game version 12.1.5 (dropped 12.0.7).

Fixed

• "Queue invite during combat" now reliably holds invites until the fight ends — they no longer sometimes slip out mid-combat.
• Combat auto-reply now says "I'm in combat" instead of "You're in combat" — it's your combat holding the invite, not theirs.
• Kicks during combat are no longer whispered to the target.
