MDT Auto Route

Turns MDT into a compact route follower: auto-zooms to your current pull and advances as packs die.
What's new
- The map is now a viewer in compact mode: left-clicking or dragging an enemy blip no longer edits the pull. Tooltips, the right-click menu and map panning still work, and everything is editable again outside compact mode.
- The "+ add pull" row at the end of the pull list is hidden in compact mode.
- Fixed: with a pull bar scale above 1, the pull list could not be scrolled all the way to the bottom.
