Restores the v1.1.3 native OnEvent filter and adds out of range errors.
Removes v1.1.4 AddMessage filtering and v1.1.5 event routing and diagnostics.
Native facing and range text is suppressed in combat with a valid target,
while enabled in the current location. Existing display settings are preserved.

VERSION 1.1.7
/mdps config has separate toggles to hide native facing and range text.
Both default on; uncheck either to restore that native message immediately.
These toggles do not disable the large addon warnings.
Suppression still follows master enable, location, combat, and target conditions.

Alerts tab: independent 0-3 second delay sliders for all four warnings.
Four bundled custom beep sounds plus Silent, selectable per warning with Listen preview.
General Play warning sounds remains the master sound toggle.
Facing defaults to 0 seconds; other warnings inherit the previous saved delay.
Delays are independent, and clear on target changes or when the condition ends.
Beep playback is staggered to avoid overlapping sounds; each repeats every four seconds.

Replaces pure-tone beeps with four short original UI error sounds:
Error buzz, Access denied, Double buzz, and Descending alert.
Your per-warning sound selections are preserved. Use Listen on the Alerts tab.

All warnings start enabled; existing disabled No Target preference is preserved.
Native error suppression remains controlled separately under General.
No Target toggle moved from General to Alerts; /mdps target still works.
