Changed

• Consolidated Forever packaging onto the single McAwesomeReagents.toc manifest for interface 16001.
• Alphabetized profession and material-category headings consistently in Bags, Bank, Bags + Bank, and Account inventory views.

Fixed

• Standardized the icon for every supported profession so missing cached icon data no longer produces a question-mark heading, including Enchanting.
• Merged profession and material-source records with the same displayed name so categories such as Enchanting appear only once.
• Explained the Account view's + ? marker in the visible status line and item tooltips; it means at least one included character's bank has not been scanned.
• Added persistent profession-scan feedback in Configurator: waiting states now update to a green refreshed result with learned-recipe and reagent counts.
