MaxDps ConsolePort Support

This addon restores MaxDps ability highlights on ConsolePort action buttons.

Recent MaxDps versions no longer show their recommended ability highlight on ConsolePort action bars. The highlight still works on the standard Blizzard action bars.

MaxDps ConsolePort Support fixes this compatibility issue so the recommended ability is highlighted on ConsolePort buttons again.
