What's new

Max Warrior Suite TBC

Version 1.4.2-tbc

For World of Warcraft Classic: The Burning Crusade.

Max Warrior Suite TBC is a modular Warrior combat-control HUD focused on Rage management, reactive combat windows, specialization priorities, character statistics and talent planning.

The addon does not replace action bars and does not automate protected combat actions. It reads the current state of the character and target, presents useful information, protects a configurable Rage reserve and helps the player make better decisions during combat.

Core Features

  • Live Rage bar with BUILD, CONTROL, SPEND and CAP RISK states.
  • Configurable low-Rage, high-Rage, cap-risk and reserved-Rage thresholds.
  • Recent Rage gain and Rage-spend delta.
  • Heroic Strike and Cleave queue detection.
  • Warning when a queued next-swing ability would consume reserved Rage.
  • Reactive windows for abilities such as Overpower, Revenge and Victory Rush.
  • Execute-phase detection when a hostile target reaches the configured health range.
  • Proc and buff tracking for TBC Warrior effects.
  • Automatic talent detection or manual Arms, Fury and Protection modes.
  • Spec-aware priority row with Rage cost, remaining Rage, cooldown and affordability.
  • Per-combat statistics for Rage gained, Rage spent, peak Rage and time spent capped.
  • Alliance and Horde visual themes with automatic faction selection.
  • Movable minimap launcher and parchment-style configuration interface.
  • Collapsible HUD sections, scaling, locking and combat-only visibility.
  • Minimal HUD mode that leaves only the movable Rage bar.

Audio Alerts

LOW RAGE and FULL RAGE alerts can use different sounds.

The configuration menu includes:

  • Separate sound selection for LOW RAGE and FULL RAGE.
  • Sound preview.
  • Independent enable and disable controls.
  • Original MWS alert sounds that are not tied to recognizable in-game events.
  • Bundled PvP announcer sounds imported directly into the addon.
  • No external Max SCT installation required.

Included PvP sounds:

  • First Blood
  • Double Kill
  • Triple Kill
  • Killing Spree
  • Mega Kill
  • Dominating
  • Rampage
  • Mayhem
  • Carnage
  • Godlike

The bundled files are stored inside:

Specialization Pages

Arms

The Arms page controls the abilities and proc tracking used by the Arms priority engine.

It supports monitoring of the main reactive and rotational tools available to an Arms Warrior in TBC, while keeping spell and ability names in the language supplied by the installed WoW client.

Fury

The Fury page controls dual-wield priorities, sustained-damage abilities, active buffs and Rage-spending behavior.

It helps distinguish between safe Rage expenditure and situations where Rage should be preserved for higher-priority actions.

Protection

The Protection page focuses on tanking priorities, defensive control, Revenge windows, threat-oriented Rage use and Rage conservation.

It is designed to assist the player without performing protected actions automatically.

Language Menu

The addon interface can be changed directly from the dedicated Language page by clicking a flag.

Supported interface languages:

  • English
  • Italiano
  • Français
  • Español

All addon-controlled text is localized, including:

  • Menu titles
  • Descriptions
  • Buttons
  • Checkboxes
  • Sliders
  • Status messages
  • Help pages
  • Warrior Stats labels
  • Talent Builder controls
  • Confirmation messages

Spell names, ability names, talent names and native talent descriptions always remain in the language supplied by the installed WoW client.

Warrior Stats

The Warrior Stats page reads the live values of the current character.

The displayed values are calculated from the information supplied by the WoW client and therefore include:

  • Equipped items
  • Active talents
  • Racial modifiers
  • Current buffs
  • Current character modifiers
  • Weapon changes
  • Armor changes

Displayed statistics include:

  • Strength
  • Agility
  • Stamina
  • Attack Power
  • Melee Hit Rating
  • Effective melee Hit percentage
  • Remaining Hit needed for the selected reference cap
  • Critical Strike
  • Haste Rating and percentage
  • Expertise Rating
  • Main-hand and off-hand Expertise
  • Defense
  • Remaining Defense needed for the tank reference value
  • Armor
  • Dodge
  • Parry
  • Block
  • Combined avoidance estimate
  • Talent points spent in Arms, Fury and Protection

The page also contains practical TBC references for Arms, Fury and Protection. These references are guidance values, not replacements for encounter-specific gearing decisions.

Talent Builder

The built-in Talent Builder reads the Warrior talent trees directly from the TBC client.

Features:

  • Arms, Fury and Protection trees.
  • Native talent icons.
  • Native talent names and descriptions from the installed client.
  • Left click to add a planned point.
  • Right click to remove a planned point.
  • Tier requirement validation.
  • Maximum-rank validation.
  • Available-point counter.
  • Import of the character's current talents.
  • Reset plan.
  • Save build.
  • Apply saved build while the Warrior trainer window is open.

Applying a Planned Build

  1. Open the Talent Builder.
  2. Create the desired build.
  3. Click Save build.
  4. Visit a Warrior trainer.
  5. Open the trainer window.
  6. Click Apply at trainer.
  7. Confirm the operation.

The addon checks available points and refuses plans that require removing existing talent ranks. When the current build conflicts with the saved plan, reset talents at the trainer first.

The addon cannot bypass Blizzard's protected-action rules and cannot spend talent points without the required player interaction and trainer conditions.

Help and Guide

The Help & Guide page contains a scrollable explanation of:

  • General settings
  • Rage thresholds
  • Rage reserve protection
  • HUD locking and positioning
  • Combat-only visibility
  • Arms configuration
  • Fury configuration
  • Protection configuration
  • Language selection
  • Warrior Stats
  • Talent Builder
  • Audio alerts
  • Minimal HUD mode
  • Safe talent-build application

Use the mouse wheel or the vertical scrollbar to move through the guide.

Minimal HUD

Enable Rage Bar only (minimal HUD) to hide every auxiliary HUD section.

Minimal mode removes:

  • Spell priority rows
  • Reactive proc rows
  • Queue-guard details
  • Combat statistics
  • Auxiliary HUD controls

Only the movable Rage bar remains visible.

Keep the minimap button enabled so the configuration menu can still be reopened easily.
