Max Prot Paladin Bar V1.3.0

Protection Paladin layered tracker for WoW Retail.

New in V1.3.0:
- Added a dedicated Blessing row above the main combat row.
- Added Blessing of Kings and other blessing-style buffs, including legacy and modern Paladin blessings.
- Split the addon into layered bars:
  1. Blessings
  2. Combat / Defensive tools
  3. Player Buffs / Consumables
- Added an optional Player Buff bar for food, flask/phial, rune, weapon oil and long timed player buffs.
- Added menu toggles to enable or disable each bar independently.
- Added slash toggles:
  /mpb blessings
  /mpb core
  /mpb buffs
- Existing commands remain available:
  /mpb
  /mpb lock
  /mpb unlock
  /mpb test
  /mpb reset
  /mpb scan
